By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the kb33 platform (available at kb33.lat and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or mirror domains operated by kb33), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of kb33. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on kb33, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

Each eligible individual may register one account only on kb33. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balance held across those accounts may be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Account usernames, once set, may not be changed. kb33 may, at its discretion, require you to change a username that it deems offensive, misleading, or in violation of applicable standards.

All account transactions on kb33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kb33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit. • Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets; bonus funds are used only after real-money funds in your balance are exhausted, unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets on kb33:

• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be edited, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player except where a Cash Out feature is explicitly available for that market and the player exercises it before the relevant event has concluded.
• kb33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were displayed due to a technical error and did not reflect the intended price. In such cases the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play bets are subject to an acceptance delay. kb33 does not guarantee acceptance of any in-play bet and is not liable for connection delays on the player's side that result in a bet being placed at an unintended point in the event.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by market, event, and account status.
• Winnings are credited to the account balance once the relevant event result has been officially confirmed by the governing body or, in the case of live casino games, once the round is concluded by the dealer.

• Colluding with other players in any casino game or poker-style game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or technical vulnerabilities to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Any such winnings are void and must be returned.
• Money laundering or using kb33 for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds. kb33 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all accounts and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Providing false identification documents during the verification process.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity connected to the corruption of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Accessing kb33 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law and then attempting to claim winnings or initiate chargebacks.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or initiating a fraudulent chargeback following a losing bet.

All content on the kb33 platform — including but not limited to the kb33 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (as licensed from providers), and all other material — is the intellectual property of kb33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use kb33 solely for personal entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kb33 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the kb33 platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the platform.
• Use the kb33 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in advertising, promotional material, or any public communication without written authorisation.
